I am a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at London Business School.
My research is in the field of Economic Sociology. I am interested in the mechanisms by which relationships allow individuals to create and capture value in the labor market. Much of my work has studied how executive search firms shape individual careers, particularly in hiring processes and job transitions. Several of my current projects focus on understanding the organizational and social barriers that prevent women’s access to leadership positions.
I teach courses on career strategy, people analytics, and the value of social networks for leadership and career outcomes.
